Low IQ & Conservative Beliefs Linked to Prejudice

(1)The research finds that children with low intelligence are more likely to hold prejudiced attitudes as adults. These findings point to a vicious cycle, according to lead researcher Gordon Hodson, a psychologist at Brock University in Ontario. Low-intelligence adults tend to gravitate toward socially conservative ideologies, the study found. Those ideologies, in turn, stress hierarchy and resistance to change, attitudes that can contribute to prejudice, Hodson wrote in an email to LiveScience.

Some of us have been saying it for years folks, stupidity breeds biggotry. Sadly, until science finds a way to raise the collective IQ of all of humanity, it seems that we will unlikely be able to educate this problem away. We live in societies filled with hatred, low self-esteem, mental illness, hopelessness, and a whole other range of emotions just bursting at the seems to find an outlet. Unfortunately the easiest targets are usually the minority races, or other unusuals in society such as homosexuals or people who dress out of the norm, and so forth, who get picked out by these people to be tortured and ostracized, denied basic human rights and liberties, and be balked at by people. Some of us wonder if humanity will have a chance to evolve above such petty ignorace before 'mother nature' wipes us out of existance, much the way she did the dinosaurs, or if those of us with higher IQ's will be forced to suffer the fools for a few more millennia before things change. Who knows.

NDAA 2012 UPDATE

Since I came back into the world of politics, and discovered that Congress had passed yet another law that massacres the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Bill of Rights, I have been e-mailing President Obama, all of my local representatives, and everyone else that I can think of, trying to put the pressure on to get this bill amended. I hope that millions of others are doing the same. This bill is bar none, the most dangerous bill that has ever been allowed to become a law in this nation, ever! I found this page today on Wiki that is rather informative, for those of you who need more details.

I have been embedded in long time arguements with both democrats and republicans on the details of where this nation is headed, the poor job that our elected officials are doing to truely represent the people that 'hired' them to shape the future of our country, and many other subjects, but none come close to the magnitude that this subject carries, because this subject affects every single American equally...for it is our very freedom, for life, that is at stake.

(1)The latest grumblings (or lack thereof) from the lawmakers on Capitol Hill suggest that they're coming around to the idea that they might've latest anti-piracy efforts in the House and the Senate might've been a little hasty. Patrick Leahy, a senator from Vermont who co-authored the PROTECT IP anti-piracy bill, posted a press release on Thursday, confessing that his legislation needed "more study" before implementation. It's a sure sign that's he's starting to cave to political pressure -- much of which is coming from the unexpectedly increasingly politically powerful Reddit -- and other lawmakers could follow suit.

Then again, they could not. Take Lamar Smith, the Texas congressman who authored the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) which is the House's more incendiary and more draconian version of the Senate's PROTECT IP. News broke on Thursday that Smith himself engaged in some questionable copyright practices in building his personal website. The Texas congressman had used a photo that he didn't necessarily have the right permissions for, and in an unapologetic report, Vice's Jamie Lee Curtis Taete put him on the spot with a report unapologetically titled "The Author of SOPA Is a Copyright Violator." The photo thing was a small thing by any measure and probably not something that would get the man thrown in jail. But nobody likes a hypocrite.

Smith isn't sorry about what he did. In a Reuters interview published a few hours after Vice's somewhat sensational scoop, Smith vowed not to back down and even questioned how or why his colleagues would listen to what can only be described as a deafening protest against Congress's anti-piracy legislation. "It is amazing to me that the opponents apparently don't want to protect American consumers and businesses," Smith said. "Are they somehow benefitting by directing customers to these foreign websites? Do they profit from selling advertising to these foreign websites? And if they do, they need to be stopped. And I don't mind taking that on."

Well, Lamar Smith, the Internet does mind your taking that on. We're not just talking about Reddit, either. Pretty much every major American tech company has stepped forward to protest the current version of SOPA, warning how it stands to quell innovation (read: kill jobs) despite Smith's past arguments that SOPA is a job-saving bill. Indeed it would help the entertainment industry to lock in more profits, but it would also change the architecture of the open web, opening the door to government censorship and possibly shutting down popular sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, some say. Along those lines, legal scholars have called the bill unconstitutional, an assault on Americans' First Amendment rights. The Senate's PROTECT IP is, in many ways, a watered down version of SOPA, but it's also a bill that aim to solve a problem that Congress has more or less admitted it doesn't understand. So it's not a surprise at all that Senator Leahy would blink when confronted with the challenge of pushing the legislation forward. It remains surprising that Smith won't back down.

Earlier this week, Politico floated a hypothesis: "SOPA becoming election liability for backers." (That's inside-the-Beltway headline speak for "Americans appear to hate SOPA, politicians appear to start listening.") At the time, it seemed almost speculative to say that folks like Leahy or Smith would listen to the web's collective outrage about the laws and change their stances on the legislation. After all, it is an election year. So far SOPA's made a villain out of at least one politician, quite randomly. Paul Ryan is not the SOPA proponent that Smith is, but in an attempt to flex their crowd-powered muscle, Reddit decided to go after Ryan and helped raise thousands of dollars for his opponent's campaign. After Reddit's initial threat, Ryan's office denied that he supported the bill. But the damage was done.

What happens next depends on a number of factors. For PROTECT IP, a judgment day is peeking over the horizon in the form of a procedural vote scheduled for January 24. For SOPA, a hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday, during which a number of Internet experts (read: huge nerds) will testify, we predict, in strong opposition to the bill before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, of which outspoken SOPA opponent Rep. Darrell Issa is the chairman. Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian is one of the scheduled witnesses, and in solidarity with his vocal protest against the legislation, the link-sharing site will go dark for 12 hours. Other websites, like all of the meme-tastic Cheezburger blog network will follow suit.

It's unclear what's next for Smith and the House Judiciary Committee, where most of the hearings on SOPA have taken place. So far, he's not blinking like his colleagues and contradicting the many statements made by job-creating tech industry leaders. "There are some companies like Google that make money by directing consumers to these illegal websites," Smith told Reuters on Thursday. "So I don't think they have any real credibility to complain even though they are the primary opponent." Ohanian, one of those entrepreneurs that Smith is portraying as a villain, has said that SOPA would "cripple the Internet" and isn't shy about stating the bill's real implications bluntly. "This (SOPA) could potentially obliterate the entire tech industry -- a job-creating industry," Ohanian wrote on his blog recently. But if you're the type that likes to listen to Harvard professors, it could also obliterate the entire Internet as we know it.

Today we all got the dreaded news that yet another one of our dear Rattler's authors and renowned Paltalk Chatter Vicki Jo, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, she was 52. Isa's was much loved and will be greatly missed. Our heartfelt condolences to all of Vicki Jo's loved ones and know she will forever be in our hearts.

As I heard the news I started to search though-out The Rattler to read some of Isa's posting and I was reminded how witty, funny, and smart Isa was. One post its was almost like she was leaving a message to us all and it simply said:

"The world we live in is full of uncertainty and sorrow... maybe "heaven" is when we no longer inhabit this earth."

Isa, thank you for all the hours you shared with us, for all the laughs and heads up and even the occasionally debate that you always fought with grace. Always a lady, never will you be forgotten.

Promises Kept

Welcome back to all the brave chatters that dare to read The Rattler, and what a wonderful time to come back. The rules are going to be the same as when our beloved Jesus Claus ran The Rattler, every social room, every chatter is free game, no one is safe from the grasp of The Rattler.

There will be a couple new authors, some of the old timers and as many facetious comments as you can stand. Comments are open to everyone, yes even anonymous commenter's (yes this even means you, Associate Moderate AKA AssMod).

I want to send out my sincerest thanks to jellybean, for giving me that extra push I needed to fulfill my long overdue promise to Mark and keep The Rattler running. Jellybean thank you from the bottom of my heart, I truly owe you one (or two or three lol).

I had promised Jesus Claus that I would continue The Rattler the very last time I had talk to him (I didn't know at the time I would never hear his voice again) and it's beyond time for me to keep that promise. Mark was one of the funniest, kindest and smartest men paltalk has or ever will know and so now in his memory The Rattler is open for business, let the games begin.

I love you Mark and never will that love dim, remember keep the door open I can't wait to see you again in a better place and time.

This is what happens when Americans fall asleep and follow their government with blinders on. The laws that were passed during the Bush administration began what is becoming the eradication of the Constitution and The Bill of Rights. It is the responsibility of the people to ALWAYS keep their government in-check, making sure that they are following both the laws of the land, and the will of the people.. in not doing so, we the people, are losing the most valuable rights that this country has. The very laws that this country was based upon are being trashed in the name of fear, that's how it begins people.

More and more people are completely losing faith that ANY real number of politicians will be elected to office that will truely be there to enforce the will of the people, and bring this country to the greatness that she was always meant to be. With the passage of this law, it is my hope that people will be awakened to their civic responsibilities, and the absolute importance to NEVER follow their government blindly. I believe that MORE protest need to be staged so that people may make their views known, and be more assured that our government knows that THEY WORK FOR US, and that we.. the people of the United States, will not be forced into a communist nation as other countries in the past have been.

I waited till the day after the election before putting my hand to pen. I wanted to make absolutely sure that there wasn't going to be any type of recount or court involvement, as we know that has happened before.

It is official Barack Obama is the 44th President of the United States of America and already he has started keeping his campaign promises. Obama promised that the democratic map would expand and it did. There weren't riots in the streets, quite the opposite there was joy and hope in the streets. The American people got back something they have been missing, their belief that their voices did matter, they relearn that we the people do in fact hold the power as long as we are willing to work for it.

I wanted to get some facts out there before all the bullshit starts in hopes that maybe this will stop a handful of scared, hateful people in their tracks. First fact I wanted to put out there is; unlike what some are already saying, it was not one group that elected President Obama it was the voices of many from all demographics. Obama won popular vote 53% to 47% and I'm going to break that down a bit. African-Americans made up 13% of the vote, voters under 30 (this included first time voters and the young vote) made up 18% of the vote. Now if you add all this together that is 31% of the vote leaving 22% which did NOT fall into young or African-American vote.

These are the facts, we the American people elected Obama, people from all races, religions, gender, and age. We came together and spoke with a united voice, we all want a better country for our children and grandchildren to come. We wanted to show the world that no matter what affliction comes our way we can and we do come together to expand on the very principals of our country, equality, freedom and justice.

I have always said it is the American people I have hope for and believe in and now I hope the world can understand why Americans are proud of their country and why they think the US is the best system out there. Is it perfect, of course not but that is part of the beauty to know we had a solid foundation to build upon and that we can always move our country towards a more perfect union.

As President Obama said in his acceptance speech last night, this is our victory. Every single person that made calls, knocked on doors, donated $5.00, helped at the polls and voted, this is your victory, this is America's victory and the world's.

Although there are already many saying President Obama isn't their president, that is ok because you are his fellow Americans and he will be a president for all, even to those that disagree with him or refuse to call him their President. He will be a servant of the people as is the duty of the president, he will not dictate to us, he will not try to be King Obama, he will work tireless for all Americans, even you.

To every single American I want to thank you for all you have done, and to ask you to not slack off now. There is a hell of a lot of work ahead and it will be a long and sometimes a rough road, but it will always be a road worth travelling.

I want to let everyone know how much your support has meant to me and Mark's family. It is with a heavy heart I must inform you all, we have decided to close The Rattler and leave it as a memory of Jesus Claus brilliance ability as a writer and a true patriot. One that held the true meaning of patriot close to his heart.

I want to thank the authors that have been posting and to let you know you made The Rattler what it was. We all wanted to thank everyone for their kind comments on Mark's memorial.

Tomorrow will be the last day for all the authors to post one last time if they wish.

Maybe we will meet again in that blogspot far from here, until then take care of yourselves and remember every word you say, write or text can and does effect the world we live in.

Never postpone saying I love you or giving a word of thanks, life is too short to miss golden moments.

OBAMA'S SUPPORT OFTHE FISA BILL

I would tell all you people that feel as though Obama has "granted" retroactive immunity by voting for this bill to look at "The Verdict" with Dan Abrams from July 8th.

The bill actually provides clarity to FISAs role and doesn't grant telecoms retroactive immunity. Because the LAW (even previous to what has transpired) has always said telecoms are immune when the AG requests their assistance. With this bill, immunity will only apply in those VERY CASES!! Immunity will not be given to any tele-com that did things on their own or when requested by anyone other than the AG. It also ensures that Bush and the administration make available to the senate and house all that transpired (something the previous bill, didn't) during that time-frame.

Most people that are against this have little knowledge of the history of FISA and this revision (and I say a REVISION) of this bill. We had FISA laws for a few decades now, the problem was that BUSH ignored those laws and went on and did things unconstitutionally.

This bill is to put those laws back in play and force Bush or any other future president to not be irresponsible with our liberities of the 4th Amendment.

By REJECTING this bill it would mean that the 4th amendment is not protected at all, that Bush continues doing whatever he wants! I know it's not a perfect bill, but it's better than no bill at all and keeping things just as they are.

Which one would you rather choose? I would rather have this and get some control back and some protection and after Obama is elected get it modified again to the will of the people.

Is it a violation of the 4th amendment? Depends on your view, but it's always been the LAW. If a tele-com is asked for assistance by the AG, they are provided immunity, that has always been the case!

According to Obama, he feels that the law still needs to be on the books. Democrats are willing to compromise on this for now and vote. But just hold on folks, only 6 months of this and then the law will be REVISED and the 4th amendment will count again.

McCain has a huge list of ways to kill Iranians from mordant to capricious. How could we ever forget McCain suggesting a sure death for Iranian would be to "Tell Christie Brinkley that Iran has been cheating on her."

Sunday June 29, 2008, I received a phone call from Jesus Claus' Mother to let me know that Mark had left this world to find a better place. After tears shared and stories told Mark's Mom wanted to let me know that so many of us touched Mark in ways most didn't know.

Mark (JC) was always one that loved a great joke and he loved giving them, and Mark staying with his love of outing people, he requested we keep the Rattler going, something I promised I would do and I hope all of the authors of the Rattler will stay on and carry out Mark's wishes.

It seems in the last year I have had to posted too many of our dear friends passing, but this one hits me harder than the rest. Mark was more than my friend, he helped my heart to thaw and made me see love again in the world. I will truly miss him till the end of my days.

I know that Mark will be greatly missed by many, how many of us come to the Rattler with our morning coffee to get a laugh, breaking news, or simply to reflect?

The world is going to seem a bit dimmer, bit sadder without Mark in it, but we must carry on as Mark wished we would, and guys I'm so going to need your help.

Mark, may you find the peace you couldn't in life.

The Obamatons of the mainstream media have failed to report one of the most chilling campaign promises thus far uttered by the presumptive Democrat nominee for president.
He made it before the Iowa caucus to a left-wing pacifist group that seeks to reallocate defense dollars to welfare programs. The lobbying group, Caucus for Priorities, was so impressed by Obama's anti-military offering that it steered its 10,000 devotees his way.
In a 132-word videotaped pledge (still viewable on YouTube), Obama agreed to hollow out the U.S. military by slashing both conventional and nuclear weapons.
The scope of his planned defense cuts, combined with his angry tone, is breathtaking. He sounds as if the military is the enemy, not the bad guys it's fighting. Here is a transcript:
"I'm the only major candidate who opposed this war from the beginning; and as president, I will end it.
"Second, I will cut tens of billions of dollars in wasteful spending. I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow our development of future combat systems.
"I will institute an independent defense priorities board to ensure that the Quadrennial Review is not used to justify unnecessary defense spending.
"Third, I will set a goal for a world without nuclear weapons. To seek that goal, I will not develop nuclear weapons; I will seek a global ban on the production of fissile material; and I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert, and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenal."
You can bet that Obama will not make this sweeping indictment of our security forces again as he tries to move to the center in the general election. But this is what he thinks, and this is what he plans to do.
His campaign Web site doesn't list a separate category for military or defense under "Issues." But search shows near-identical language there regarding nuclear weapons.
His plan, needless to say, is frighteningly irresponsible given the world threats.
While there is fat in the defense budget, defense spending both as a share of GDP and the total federal budget are still at historically low levels, despite the war.
And while cutting fat out of the defense budget is a worthy goal, Obama would cut beyond fat to bone.
Caucus for Priorities aims to redirect 15% of the Pentagon's discretionary budget away from "obsolete Cold War weapons towards education, health care, job training, alternative energy development, world hunger and deficit-reduction."
On the chopping block: the F-22 Raptor, the V-22 Osprey, the Virginia-class sub, the DDG-1,000 destroyer and the Army's Future Combat System.
Cutting allegedly "unproven" missile defense systems is music to Kim Jong Il's and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's ears, let alone all the PLA generals wishing our destruction.
Yet Obama wants to kill a program that's yielding success after success, with both sea- and land-based systems. The military just this week intercepted a ballistic missile near Hawaii in a sea-based missile defense test.
Proposing "deep cuts in our nuclear arsenal" amounts to unilateral disarmament, and it's suicidal given China's and now Russia's aggressive military buildup.
Meanwhile, Iran and North Korea threaten nuclear madness, and Osama bin Laden dreams of unleashing a nuclear 9/11 on America.
In contrast, John McCain has vowed: "We must continue to deploy a safe and reliable nuclear deterrent, robust missile defenses and superior conventional forces that are capable of defending the United States and our allies."
We've been down this road before. President Clinton pursued a denuclearization program, including his 1995 pledge to sign a Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, and it led to him kicking open our nuclear labs to the Chinese, who proceeded to steal our warhead secrets and strengthen their own arsenal.
Like the Ben & Jerry's crowd that supports him, Obama believes "real" national security is "humanitarian foreign aid" — essentially using our troops as international meals-on-wheels in Africa.
We've been down that road before, too, in Somalia and elsewhere. Thanks, but we don't need a third Clinton, or a second Carter, term.

By now many have heard that George Carlin died Sunday, June 22, 2008. George was 71 and was at a show as recently as last week in Nevada.

Many have no clue that George Carlin was in the U.S. Air Force, he was first a suit and tie comedian and he even appeared on 'The Tonight Show' when Jack Paar was the host.

What I believe George was best known for were the seven "Filthy Words" that eventually lead George Carlin to the Supreme Court.

Lord Merciful Vooette reaffirmed his position as a coward today when he threw out the challenge to Aunty Kate to come to his room or ClassicmFree's to "debate" him. I accepted the invitation to Classic's room which had four people in total. Poor deluded Vooette had a captive audience with air-headed SuzanneFl and LordHawHaw (ClassicmFree) cheering from the asylums of their confinement.

Frankly I am not interested in debating WHY Vooette did what he did to Mitsuk. What he did is fact and NOT debatable. However, Vooette frothed and foamed as he tried to justify what he did to Mitsuk, saying "she doesn't have a husband." Now we all know that Mistuk has often spoken of her 'husband'. It is true there has never been a wedding ceremony but under Canadian Law if a couple have co-habitated for a period longer than 2 years, and hold themselves out to be husband and wife, they are considered de-facto or Common Law spouses. Mitsuk and her husband have been together for 14 years. After Vooette left her high and dry she went back to her husband, that is a fact also. So try another tactic Vooette if you hope to wriggle out of your despicable act, that one doesn't wash. Better still try telling Mitsuk's husband that he doesn't count.

Then Vooette starts on my family, as if he knows anything about them. He claims my daughter's children don't come to see me because my daughter hates me. My daughter does not have any children. Wrong again Vooette. Dennis the menace said all that needs to be said about innocent bystanders being dragged into Vooette and Mitsuk's unsavory affair.

Vooette continued at the mic with his limited vocabulary boring me to death so I left and went to his room, and tossed out the challenge to Voo to meet me in there. I am not interested in Vooette's drama games I told him that the day I told him to shove his @ hat up his arse. However, I don't mind the opportunity to humiliate him in a real debate. That opportunity came today in another room when he took the mic and said:

I took the mic and enlightened Vooette that the ill conceived or badly advised policies and decisions of a President most certainly are responsible for the adverse effects on a country's economy and the decision to go into Iraq is a very good example of how this manifests. Lord Vooette left the room rather than respond. We were in a room that does not allow personal attacks, so Vooette was stuffed. Vooette is like flypaper, he picks up bits and pieces of information around the traps that he thinks makes sense, but does not have the depth to debate the topic when challenged, so he ran.

Taking up the challenge to go to his room to "debate" him, I did so and was warmly greeted as I entered the room. Vooette had to be dragged back from Classic's room, which is where he goes when he can't participate in the rare moments of real debate that go down in his room from time to time. He babbled and fluffed around in text in his usually in-coherent and disconnected manner, which I don't find difficulty ignoring. When it came my turn to take the mic, he jumped on me and continued to make a total clown of himself. He was laughed at and a number of people left in disgust. Then he showed his total cowardice by bouncing me.

YOU LOSE VOOETTE......Cluck!! Cluck!!! CHICKEN!!! You know I can whip your arse red raw any day of the week, you are a fake. I still chuckle about the day you said at the mic "I have a doctors degree." Vooette that would be a Phd dear and you don't have one. At best you may have obtained a high school diploma from some penitentiary, where you learned to parrot legal text from books in the State Penitentiary Library.

Well I was in Voo's room this moring and Ms Oak was on another one of her famous rants!!

She wanted to tell the room, especally yours trully, that a friend is some one who you know their name addres phone number and can tell them your deepest darkest secret.

I would like to know when I or anyone else had to have the same definition of what a friend is. What BS. What makes Ms Oak think anyone has to have her morals shoved down our throats.

She wanted to tell the room she did not do drugs or drink.

Well she takes a drink during passover. And she wants to give others shit about doing things. Im sorry if you have any alcoholic beverage passes your lips you drink. That is not saying you are a drunk or anything but it does kill the idea you dont drink.

She thinks if you are friends with a convict you are sick.

She came out and told me that today. I swear to you! I learned a long time ago that if you are going to have nothing to do with a group of people because of a specfic reason, you could miss out on a lot of good people. I am not going to discriminate a group of people because of one thing. That is the dumbest thing to do in my book.

As normal Ms Oak does not give a care about the feeling of the fellow chatters in the room. She made sure Voo knew all about the convicts in the room then laughted her head off. I think Ms Oak is in despreate need of Mental Health care. Her mood swings are getting out of control.

When one has been around Paltalk as long as most of us have been there are few things that would shock or surprise us as we witness the ebb and tide of human flotsam and jetsam.

Some characters have made a real splash, then poof! They vanished into thin air after making total idiots of themselves. Do any of you recall MissAstridElectra, the colourful Aussie dominatrix transvestite prostitute? Miss Astrid, as she liked to be called, had the gravel voice of a heavy smoking octogenarian, and a profile pic of a 25 year old porn queen. Miss Astrid was always good for a spectacular show. She whipped the Paltalk community into a frenzy with her sharp tongue and titivating tales of clients in bondage, whimpering, and begging for the spanking to be harder. Miss Astrid's desire to be all things to all people came unstuck when she tried to kid people in Australia, especially your Aunty Kate, that she worked on the Federal election campaign with Maxine McKew, the very stylish, devout Catholic, who took the seat of Prime Minister John Howard. Sillier still was her assertion that she worked in Aboriginal commumities and referred to Aboriginal people as "boongs". Poor MissAstrid was so humiliated she just vanished. A pity, she did have some skill at being able to think on her feet, while walking and chewing gum at the same time. If you read this MissAstrid come back dear and save us from the truly mundane bullshitters like ALFIE_00.

ALFIE is one of our numerous Paltalk Vietnam War vets. In truth, Alfie has never been closer to anything to do with the military than playing the pokies at the local RSL. That is Returned Soldiers League for our American friends.

Aunty Kate met Aflie some years back and was interested to hear a bloke at the mic talking about his tour of duty in Vietnam. My ears pricked up when he said he was in the 6 RAR. I IM'd Alfie and after about 30 mins I knew this clown had never been anywhere near Vietnam, and certainly had no connection with the 6 RAR. He did not know the date of the Battle at Long Tan, which was one of the most fierce battles fought by Aussie troops in Vietnam and D Company of the 6 RAR took heavy casualties, one of my brothers among them. Alfie hates it that I know this about him, as his whole persona on Paltalk hinges on his fabricated military career.

Now one would think that time would have smartened Alfie up and he would have at least read up on the 6 RAR, familiarizing himself with where they were stationed and get a few clues about the Battle at Long Tan in particular. But not our Alfie, he brazenly tries to wing it on total bullshit. He had me in fits of laughter today as he talked about "being in that rubber plantation in the rain, and looking down the barrel of the gun of the enemy." Alfie's voice quivered as he recanted the horrific and terrifying experience, he said he would never want to live through again. When asked to tell Aunty Kate where this "rubber plantation" was Alfie drew a blank. I took pity on him after waiting a minute and told him LONG TAN, which is why this battle is called 'the Battle at Long Tan'. Another problem here is that Alfie typed in the room today that he served in Nam 1968-1969. The Battle at Long Tan was fought in August 1966.

Now being an Aussie I don't mind a bit of a 'yarn' and game of 'come in spinner'. We are devils for taking the piss and tugging on people's ropes. But as the sister of a real Vietnam war hero, who was in that rubber plantation in Long Tan in 1966, I take exception to Alfie trying to ride on the coattails of those heroic young men, in fact it disgusts me.

Alfie, I honor our soldiers even though I don't support the Wars in which their lives were sacrificed. I despise people like you who trivialize their sacrifice in a chat room to make your small life feel significant. LEST WE FORGET.

Dear Rattlers, what a busy week we have had blogging, hasn't it been amusing watching people trying to defend the indefensible?

It is a cold Saturday afternoon and I am snug and warm inside my little valley hide-away, far from the madness of that place known as the United States of America. Through the week I was sent a recording of Vooette's meltdown in Mainstream Politics. For several days I just kept pushing it to the bottom of the pile of things to do as I knew the outpouring was predictable. Lots of bleeding pussies, cunt whores, and "You can't do drama with me you half white black bitch!"

Now seeing as Vooette is camera shy and doesn't post a profile or even send his photograph to a woman whose life he is about to wreck, we have NO idea whether he is BLACK or WHITE, half or FULL anything. What we do know is that his rants leave us with an image of what we call here in Australia " a raging Queen" Which is a homosexual person who likes to cross dress. His vocabulary which is not one of his strong points at best, is reduced to an unintelligible flurry of four letter expletives even a fool with a single digit IQ could manage.

Poor Vooette, has a 'yellow belt' in hurling vile abuse at women. Yet we hear him time and time again tell us how he 'respects women'. MMMM.....well the displayed behavior simply doesn't match the claim. I do recall the room pissing themselves laughing at Vooette's melt down, and others even more lame brained than he his thinking he was 'slapping' me around. I had the fool on mute, and frankly if I had heard this live I would have broken a rib laughing.

Vooette several people have told me that you just can't let this go, that you are furious that you have been outed for being the fake, and predator that you are. I had over 150 IM's supporting me, and many women thanked me for the warning. Sorry if I screwed with your victim list. Never mind there are plenty of dumb and desperate women out there who will find you irresistible. God knows why, they must like their men on the far side of dense.

Rattlers on my Pal list and I know there are many, if who want the Vooette meltdown audio files, they are classic pieces of lunacy that will have you rolling on the floor, just leave me an off line message and I will send them. I was thinking of sending the audio files to the USA Attorney General's Office to alert them that this clown is masquerading as a legal professional.

The reputation of the USA for breeding buffoons has advanced considerably ever since George Bush Jr. starting strutting the international stage, looking lost and bewildered as to where he was, and why he was sent there. Having Vooette running around screaming like a cast member of Le Cage Aux Folles, who just discovered someone took the glue for his stick-on fingernails, is petrol onto the flames of an already laughable international reputation the USA has throughly earned in the past 8 years.

For all those Paltalk clowns one meets around the place who believe that Aunty Kate is afraid of Vooette and won't go back to his room, for a fear of being slapped with his handbag, let me tell you it is not fear of the flying sequins that keeps me away, it is principles. For all of SLINK's misgivings and his confusion about whether it is OK to reward the bad behavior of the Republican party, I have not heard of any woman he has shaken down and hurt. He does have to balls not to red dot speakers, who disagree with him, and I don't find myself in agreement with him on much at all. However, I do respect his courage to slog it out and not cry like a big girl's blouse and abuse his admin hat in the way Vooette did this week.

On the audio files Vooette said that Aunty Kate only got to where she did in life hiding in a 'white' skin. There is no doubt that people in the USA and Australia get a better ride through life if they are not dark skinned. It is true I have never had a taxi cab go sailing past in the rain without stopping. Other members of my family suffered much more overt discrimination than I have done, that is also true. Vooette says I would not have achieved what I achieved if I hadn't pretended to be white. That I would not have been accepted. Vooette, I, and many other Aboriginal people who are much darker than I am, had enough talent that we achieved success in spite of the disadvantages that existed for ALL Aboriginal people regardless of skin colour.

Vooette, you are only 42 years old according to a conversation we had, so YOU did not experience the discrimination of your black brothers and sisters before the Civil Right Bill was signed in the early 1960's. All the HARD WON fights were over and your punk arse has had a free ride since by comparison. You said that you can't trace your heritage back to slavery, that your family were FREE immigrants to the USA. Which is why you probably made that outrageous statement the week that Rosa Parks died, which was "Rosa Parks didn't' do anything special" Remember that fight we had Vooette? I bet there are plenty of people in Paltalk who recall that. You didn't win that argument either and flew into one of your vile rages. I just laughed at you then, and I still do. Remember I said to you then Vooette you never had to live through a time when someone said to you, "get to the back of the bus Nigger!" And you didn't. You came along after it was possible for black Americans to go to University and ride at the front of the bus. As the son of free immigrants you never suffered the decades of discrimination of the black Americans who can trace their heritage back to the dark days of street lynchings and beyond. So you sit your punk arse down and don't try to act like a black American who shares that history of suffering, because you don't.

Vooette with all your immigrant privileges and opportunities that were not available to people like Buddy Romance and others, you did nothing with those opportunities, so you come into a chat room pretending to be an educated man. What pisses you off about a man like Obama, is that he too was born after the real fight for civil rights were won and he did something with the advantages. While you are a total loser who hangs around a chat program shaking down women who are desperate enough to fall for your bullshit.

Vooette, being a woman and to have achieved what I have done was quite a feat in my country, at the time, without the disadvantages of being an Aboriginal woman, which was never concealed. In fact my achievements were often held up as an example to other women Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal alike to show what was possible if one worked hard, and ignored the obstacles. So you see you silly little punk, you could never take me on, I would whip your dumb arse with one hand tied behind my back and anytime you want to humiliate yourself as you did in the meltdown last week, let me know, I'll make time just for the sport.

Lively Oak's latest unacceptable rant

I know I said I was going to be a political blogger for the rattler but something happened today that I can not let pass.

I am not sure how this got started. I was in and out of voo's room all day. I came back to hear lively oak screeching on the mic. (whats new about that) I sat and listened for a few minnutes tying to figure out what was going on. When I did find out i was horrified.

Lively Oak said that anyone who votes for McCain deserved to get cancer. She was trying to convince every one that the should not vote for him because he did not support women's health care and voted to help men who has erectile disfunction. While a noble cause, It was the WRONG way to go about it. She went on and on and finaly was red dotted.

When the dot was removed Ms Oak started in on it was not a Paltalk TOS. Well after re looking at the TOS I did find one she was breaking:

disrupting the normal operation of any chat room or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively impacts other users or is inconsistent with the rating of a room or attempting, soliciting or abetting another to do of any of the above.

Yes Lively Oak you were breaking TOS. I saw many comments in the room you needed to be dotted and many comments that were upset over what you were saying. That negatively impacts the room.

After that she went back on the original line of though as stated above. But that was not enough. Ms Oak then went after gizmo_210 for wanting to vote for McCain and said the following statement:

gizmo_210 I hope you get cancer if you vote for McCain.

Then Ms Oak wanted to tell the room that you are never cured from cancer. You are in remission.

I was floored when I found out. I was even more horrified when I found out that gizmo_210's mother had cancer. You do not ever tell some one with cancer in their family like that! My mother had cancer and for the first time I felt bad for gizmo_210.

You do not tell somone that has had cancer in thier family that you do not know what is going on. You do not wish that someone who had cancer in thier famliy that you wish that they get cancer.

Im not writing this for any other reason that I am pissed of at Lively Oak. It is sad that dispite the comments in the room she did not care to stop. She comes and cries in my pm like I can do anything. Im done with that. Lively Oak is on her own from now on.

MCCAIN ENDORSES BUSH'S 3rd TERM

I know we have all heard that through McCain, Bush is going to have his third term. With me just not being one to go with the hype, I ignored those comments until...

I was watching the news, they were showing clips of Bush & McCain in the background, I noticed something that made me do a double-take.

What grabbed my attention was when Bush's approaching the mic at an McCain event and to my astonishment, Bush help up THREE fingers and the he continued to repeat this gesture and McCain gave Bush the THUMBS UP!!! I still wasn't convinced until.... as Bush drawing close to McCain to shake his hand, once again held up THREE fingers!!!

Imagine my shock, I couldn't believe my eyes and I knew right away this had to be known, I couldn't kept this to myself!!!

I knew the Rattlers would want to see this and since Rattlers always want proof, I found the video and placed it here for you all to see. (For those of you that want it short and sweet, Bush's three finger salute starts at 3:38 through 3:52 on the video)

I gave this some more thought and I came up with two options for Bush's three finger salute:

A. Bush was letting all know; including McCain, that he (Bush) was in fact by proxy was going to have a third term or...

B. Instead of putting up two fingers in a sign of peace, Bush was putting up three fingers in a sign of war

It was a dark and lonely night online. The screensaver continued to pop up reminding me that Voo, Slinky, Classic, Daniel and JC were only a click away....

It was late, and I was tired, but never too tired to juggle my men. The rumors had been circulating that I was a busy woman, cybering every male I could capture with my alarming, yet sexy, red font. My keyboard came to life with wild abandon, typing out alluring words such as; "policies", "taxes", "Impeachment", and (the most bewitching word of all) "GOVERNMENT" !!!

Yes... determined to capture the text of these 4 bronze, font sex GODS online, I typed away, cooing to their alert typing fingers, trying to capture their imaginative words on my screen, slaying all other online women in my path!! I WOULD BE THE QUEEN!! I WOULD BE THE WOMAN OF THEIR PC's!! I WOULD OWN THEIR TEXT I TELL YOU!!

My fingers slid quickly across the bumpy keyboard... coaxing, bewitching, enchanting these online male presences until they could no longer resist my font !!!!

I watched with a creeping smile as my prey began to submit to my tremendous typing ability and sexy red font... One by one, these men became mine.. and MINE ALONE!!

Oh yes, they couldn't resist the temptation of a 49 year old, lovingly devoted housewife in a political chatroom talking about politics.!!..

They swore alligiance to me, and ME ALONE throughout their entire chat lives!!

Dear Rattlers,

As you would all know it takes courage to stand up and blow the whistle on anyone, especially someone you know is liked and admired by many people. However, when that person is shown to be a total bastard who uses his wiles to lure vulnerable women into situations where he can seriously hurt them, and I find out about it, I will speak up. Whether that predator is online or in my own family, I would not remain silent and protect him or her.

What I did not want to do was disclose the identity of Lord Voo's hapless and foolish victim, as I felt she may have suffered enough for her stupidity. However, when I saw the comments posted onto my blog post that could only have come from Mitsuk, which were largely convoluted ramblings from a demented woman, who crossed the line by mentioning my children, she left me with no choice. Nothing she said has any basis in fact. For instance my daughter has never been married at all, much less to a Muslim. But to bring my children into her sordid little affair at all caused me to take off my gloves and expose her.

When I came on line today I had 120 IM's as a result of the blog post, Vooronica's Closet. All of them supportive, and a number from people who don't usually agree with me on much, but did in this case. No decent person would shield and protect any kind of predator. To do so enables the person to offend time and time again.

In Mitsuk's rage that I was exposing 'her man' who still controls her, she lashed out with a barrage of largely distorted information mixed in with a few truths that had been shared with her when we were friends.

There is nothing in my online life of which I am ashamed, and none of the very nice men I have shared private moments with have left me with anything but the sweetest memories. They were straight with me, no lies, no bullshit and this was reciprocated. We remain friends today, and some of the despicable lies Mitsuk said about these men, whom she knows nothing about, shows what a vile person she really is.

I feel no shame whatsoever that I have had internet relationships. None of the people were predators from whom I left my partner, without as much as a name. Nor have I ever enticed anyone to leave their partner. In fact "are you married" is my first question, the answer determines where we go from there. If I had ever fallen foul to a predator like Lord Voo I would have been thoroughly humiliated at my own gullibility, but I would also have tried to warn other women. I would not sit in his chat room watching him flirt with other women and talk of other conquests. Perhaps Mitsuk is cruel enough to want to see other women suffer as she did, I don't have that in me.

With regard to Mistuk's last remark that I am a "slut" that is NO insult to a woman of nearly 59, and I hope I will still be called that when I am 79! But I am a very private slut, one man at a time. I don't sit on the internet while my husband is at work planning to leave him for a man whose name I don't know and then after he breaks my heart into little pieces, attack another woman who exposes him. Mitsuk get some therapy.

Dear Rattlers have you ever wondered was causes Paltalk's phoney 'extraordinarie' Lord Merciless Voo to exhibit irrational and unbalanced behaviour of the kind we witnessed this week? When he vacillated from condemning Barack Obama one day for addressing AIPAC, to a position where Palestine wouldn't be suffering like they do if not for the 'terrorist group' Hamas.

"It is all Hamas's fault! GO ISREAL!" he screamed not 24 hours after wanting to have Obama hog tied for upsetting the Independents by kissing AIPAC's arse. I told Voo he was a political Pollyanna if he thinks the road to the White House does not go through AIPAC and not to think about giving up his day job to enter politics.

The answer to how all this flip-flopping manifests is simple really, this man is barking mad. Which would be all fine and dandy if he didn't prey on vulnerable women and leave at least 2 that I know almost suicidal.

For those Rattlers with an eye for detail you will have picked up me referring to Lord Voo, as Lord Merciless Voo, and I do this for a reason. Not only is Lord Merciless Voo not a Lawyer, which many of you have already worked out, he is a cruel cyber predator who preys on vulnerable lonely women.

Let me share a sad story with you which may help some other poor hapless and vulnerable woman to avoid his, shall we say allure, in the future.

Now this story is not second hand gossip, I was close to the person this happened to and spent hours of my time talking her back from the edge when her world seemed to fall apart.

As you know Rattlers there a many lonely men and women on these chat programs and even more monsters willing to take advantage of them for nothing more than an act of cruelty or a financial shake down.

The woman in questioned IM'd me one night to tell me she was "in love with Voo." Hold on a moment "Voo is a chat room nic" I said.

"Yes, he is being very guarded, but I know how he feels about me" she purred.

"Do you know his real name? Have you even seen a photograph, or spoken live on cam with Voo?" I asked, astounded that this seemingly intelligent woman was telling me she had fallen in love with a chat room persona who was being so guarded he didn't share any of his personal details with her.

A few days later....

"I am going to leave my husband, I have been unhappy for a long time," she said, trying her best to convince me that she was not doing this on the flimsy evidence before me.

Sad story cut to the chase....

The woman in question, found a new apartment, purchased new furniture, and of course splurged on some very pretty new underwear, which she said made Lord Voo giggle like a school boy. One night her partner of 14 years came home from work and found her with her bags in the hall ready to leave. She moved into her love nest and waited with pounding heart for Lord Voo to fly into her arms for the much anticipated passionate embrace. Lord Voo had tantalized his victim with sweet whisperings that he is a 'big man'. He had told his victim that she had to prove this was what she wanted by leaving her husband. Then, and only then, would he trust her with his personal information, like a name! She was still calling him Voo.

She waited and waited. He did not return her calls and went AWOL from Paltalk. She was beside herself. Heartbroken and thoroughly humiliated. But such is the power of cyber fantasy she "still loved him". Aunty Kate took a cyber whip to her dumb arse and tried to get her to wake up and smell the coffee. She finally made contact with Lord Voo and he was dismissive of her distress.

"I think you need to be on your own for a while to be sure this is what you want." He said.

Still no name, no photograph, no sweet words of reassurance.

After a week of crying her self to the point of exhaustion she saw the light. She realized what a great guy she had left sobbing in the hallway and it is a big cold world out there for a woman who has had a hunky man around to protect her for 14 years. Her husband took her back.

When I spoke to her a few weeks later she was still talking about Voo, "I still love him" she said, speculating on the what if's. She could not see that the only 'what if' here was, what if Lord Voo had been a TOTAL monster and let her husband know what she had done. He did have her phone number and had called her at home several times, after all the telephone is way more intimate. She can be grateful Lord Merciless Voo's game is only to hurt the women he targets. I felt very sorry for this woman but distanced myself from her on the belief that she is a total flake.

Lord Voo has been very nervous that I might blow the whistle on him for this, and another incident where his bullshit of being a Lawyer was blown wide when he needed to come clean on project we had been working on to set him up as a radio talk show host on Paltalk. He pulled the now infamous stunt of giving SillyFandango and BIGMAC_2008 Admin hats. He is as cunning as a shit house rat, he knew this would be a deal breaker for me as it brought his judgment into serious question. I handed in my Admin hat and we had a parting of the ways that ensured I would no longer have input into the project for the radio chat program. I has spent many hours working with Lord Voo on this and had offered to pay the $3000 to secure a Paltalk Green Room. But he had to come clean with his real name so his credentials as a Lawyer could be verified as I was being asked to help secure sponsors and involve people, whom like myself don't work with phoneys. His fear of being exposed saw him try several lame attempts to drive me from his room, and his rule of no BANS stuffed him somewhat.

However, all that changed this week when Lord Merciless Voo tried to flex his cyber muscle in an attempt to leave me bleeding in the hall as we all saw he had done with Vixee. I did try to warn Lord Voo in text that I am not Vixee, and he would need to come up to meet me in a fight because I was not going down into the gutter with him.

"You can't do drama with me! You don't run shit around here, get out!" he screamed.

He launched into his usual blustering tired old tirade. I mean there are only so many times one can call a person a "Mother fucking cock sucking, dripping pussy whore," before it becomes comedic.

Never being one to run to or from a fight, I raised my hand to speak, taking the fight right up too Lord Voo.

Isabellah was cautioning from the sidelines "Careful Kate" Isabellah was told to line up behind Lord Voo and I would give her a serve after I was done with him.

Lord Voo was shitting his pants about now.

"You stay on topic you whore!" He screamed. "You can't do drama with me you wrinkly old dripping pussy fake black woman"

"Voo did you learn to present arguments like that at law school?" I teased as I waited for the mic.

Rattlers as you know Lord Voo expects his Admins to take ALL kinds of vile abuse without losing control and using the RED DOT. Lord Voo was going to be sorely tested here and he knew it.
My turn came to take the mic and I got no more than half a sentence out and I was red dotted.

HILLARY'S HUBRIS - WHY SHE LOST

The following narrative is probably the best I've reveiwed explaining why Hillary lost the Democractic Presidential nomination. Thanks to VoteFromAbroad.org.

She acted like she had a right to the nomination. The ancient Greeks called this "Hubris." A couple of dozen Internet years ago, her folks, like Terry McAuliffe and James Carville said she was the inevitable nominee and anybody who opposed her would live to regret it. This was a huge mistake. Nobody has a right to the nomination, especially not someone who has been in the Senate just 7 years. This really caused a lot of irritation among Democrats. She should have known better. Here are the intrade.com trading prices on her nomination. She was running at 50%, not 100% in early 2007.

She actually believed it. Acting like you own the nomination to scare off opponents is one thing. Actually believing it yourself is something else. She really believed it. This was foolish since she knew she had heavyweight opponents including Gov. Bill Richardson, Sen. Chris Dodd, Sen Joe Biden, and Sen. John Edwards (plus Sen. Obama, who was not a threat in early 2007). In particular, she expected to get the nomination on Feb. 5 and didn't have any Plan B in case that didn't work. Nothing. The lack of a Plan B led to 11 straight wins by Obama, which is where he collected most of his delegates.

She forgot she was in a primary. Due to the above, she campaigned from day 1 as if she were in a general election. She refused to admit that her vote for the Iraq war as a mistake. That might have been a good strategy for the general election, but was a terrible one when talking to activist Democrats. John Edwards apologized for his vote for the war and was forgiven. She could have said: "I'm sorry for my vote. I didn't believe the President of the United States would lie to the country and to Congress. I was wrong. He lied. From now until January 2009, if he says Tuesday follows Monday, I will check three calendars before even considering the possibility.

She didn't understand the rules. Mark Penn, her "brilliant" strategist thought California was winner-take-all and that would wrap it up. All Democratic primaries are proportional, mostly by congressional district. It is very hard to accumulate a lot of delegates in any one primary. If she had studied all 56 delegate selection plans, she would have known that. It is all spelled out in exhausting detail

She ignored red states and caucuses. Another huge mistake. She put in a massive effort in Ohio, where 2 million people voted in the primary, and netted 7 delegates. Obama netted 7 delegates in the Alaska caucuses by getting just 6600 people to show up (Ohio has 141 pledged delegates, but the proportionality rules mean it's very hard to win more than about half so she won 74 to his 67). Anyone who read the DSP's could have seen this coming.

She didn't understand the Internet. Clinton had a Website, but her fundraising focused on getting rich donors to cough up $2300 for a plate of rubber chicken--the same way Bill did it in 1992. The world changed and she missed it. Obama outraised her by tens of millions of dollars and used the money effectively. Obama saw what Howard Dean did in 2004 and realized what was happening.

She didn't run as a woman. Obama didn't run as the black candidate because in every state except a couple in the South, there are more white Democrats than black Democrats. In contrast, there are a lot more female Democrats than male Democrats, especially among primary voters. She could have used the slogan: "Time for a change; we have had 43 male Presidents, now is the time for a female President." She could have energized huge numbers of women plus some number of men as well. Look at how intense her support among women was at the end. She failed to harness that support.

She found her voice too late. For months she kept changing her pitch, probably as a result of internal infighting among her consultants (Solis Doyle vs. Penn to start with). Finally, she decided to stand up for blue-collar workers who feel battered by the modern world. It was effective and it worked, but by then it was too late. In contrast, Obama's pitch today is exactly what it was a year ago.

And that was the end of her dream. A number of blogs used the headline: "When dreams collide" to describe the primaries. But someone had to win and someone had to lose. Obama won because he understood the nature of the game was to collect the most delegates and used his considerable skills to achieve that. Had Clinton not made some of the mistakes described above (especially ignoring caucus states), she might have won. But she did blaze a trail and the next time a woman runs for President, she is much more likely to be judged as just another candidate rather than a strange novelty. After all, nobody thinks it odd any more when a woman runs for the Senate. California, Washington, and Maine even have a pair of women senators.

In case you have forgotten, about a year ago the national press declared that the nomination was over for both parties. It was going to be a "subway series" between Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani. Remember that? They didn't do such a great job. Clinton and Giuliani had name recognition going for them, which matters a lot early on but much less after the campaign starts. Clinton, although definitely plausible, was never inevitable. Giuliani, a thrice-married married pro-abortion, pro-gay-rights former New York mayor was never even plausible as the Republican nominee, despite all the polls showing that everybody knew his name. David Moore of the University of New Hampshire has a column on the front-runner myth over at pollster.com. Around here, the motto is "in politics a week is a long time."

Let's all do the Media Twist, it's a simple move anyone can do it. All it takes is an 5 second sound-bite, laziness and a twist.

Let's take the latest Media Twist on Obama's so called flipping and flopping on Israel.

How many times in the last 18 months have you heard Obama was anti-Israel? How many times in the last week have you heard that Obama has flipped flopped on his so called anti-Israel views?

Many otherwise well educated people have fallen for this latest Media Twist without no knowledge what and why the media has thrown that out there for us all to eat without checking for spoilage.

How did the Media Twist start with Obama was anti-Israel? How many of you know that answer? Don't worry this isn't a quiz, this is one of the few times I believe giving you the facts are more important than teaching you to research for yourself (but for those of you that want to research try wiki, uncyclopedia.org, wikihow or knol for a start and one with cited sources you can check).

In March of 2007 Obama said to a small group of democrats in Iowa "Nobody is suffering more than the Palestinian people,... If we could get some movement among Palestinian leadership, what I'd like to see is a loosening up of some of the restrictions on providing aid directly to the Palestinian people."

Of course this was all it took to start the Media Twist (what do you want to bet that Faux Noise made the first dance move).

Of course through out Obama's campaigning all his critics can find is what associations of his have said like Rev. Wright, who some claim is anti-Israel, but if one takes the time to look at Obama and his actions, they would be surprise to find out that Obama's voting record is far from anti-Israel.

So let's take a break from the Media Twist and look at some facts.

January 2006, Obama denounced Hamas while praising former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Obama stated that Sharon's role in the conflict had always been "absolutely important and constructive."

Obama was also a co-sponsor of the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006, which includes "members of the international community to avoid contact with and refrain from financially supporting the terrorist organization Hamas until it agrees to recognize Israel, renounce violence, disarm, and accept prior agreements, including the Roadmap."

Obama defended Israel's response to the killing of eight Israeli soldiers and kidnapping of two others near the border with Lebanon, telling NBC's Tim Russert on August 22, 2006, "I don't think there is any nation that would not have reacted the way Israel did after two soldiers had been snatched. I support Israel's response to take some action in protecting themselves."

2006 Israel-Hezbollah War Obama said, "don't fault Israel for wanting to rid their border with Lebanon from those Katyusha missiles that can fire in and harm Israeli citizens, so I think that any cease fire would have to be premised on the removal of those missiles."

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee on 2 March 2007, Obama called Israel "our strongest ally in the region," and stated: "We must preserve our total commitment to our unique defense relationship with Israel by fully funding military assistance and continuing work on the Arrow and related missile defense programs." On the Palestinian Authority's new unity government, Obama said: "We should all be concerned about the agreement negotiated among Palestinians in Mecca last month."

Obama has also discussed in more general terms his views about the Palestinians tête-à-tête the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. On June 4, 2007, he stated that:

...resolution [to the conflict] and a better life for all people... is something that can be achieved, but it's going to require some soul-searching on the Palestinian side. They have to recognize Israel's right to exist; they have to renounce violence and terrorism as a tool to achieve their political ends; they have to abide by agreements. In that context, I think the Israelis will gladly say, "Let's move forward negotiations that would allow them to live side by side with the Palestinians in peace and security."

And lastly but not leastly Obama denounced former President Jimmy Carter for meeting with Hamas. Obama said "Hamas is not a state, Hamas is a terrorist organization."

Now that you have the facts, can you really say Obama's record shows him being anti-Israel?

Who should be at the microphone but that master of hyperbole himself, Moderate Conservative. One after the other and with rapid succession he gave an elocution as to why he would not vote for Barack HUSSIEN Obama. The emphasis is always on the HUSSIEN. He listed not wearing of the lapel pin, and saluting the flag, but then he out did himself with stupidity. "He has done nothing about changing his name."

It really must be time to start handing out the straight jackets here.

Moderate Conservative went on and on about Obama being a Muslim, as are many people these days after every other stupid bit of nonsense about Barack Obama has left them (Republican supporters) and the Clinton supporters looking like fools in the eyes of anyone with half a brain.

Then just when I thought it could not get any sillier Dusty44 has his turn at the microphone. Dusty is stuck on Rev.Wright and the 5 second sound byte taken from his now famous "God Damn America" sermon. It seems that Dusty has never bothered to listen to the WHOLE sermon. Dusty must have another reason for not liking what Rev.Wright said, because when you come down to it Rev.Wright was in essence telling the truth, with some personal opinions tossed it. Dusty claims that in spite of Obama being the metaphorical God child of Rev.Wright he will vote for him ahead of voting for a Republican.

Kimbee, a paranoid Zionist, weighed in with a prize piece of idiocy, when she said, "Obama doesn't identify with being white that's for sure."

I didn't know that being WHITE was a requirement for a President of the USA. It has been the status quo for a few hundred years, but where is it written that ONLY a white man, or one who identifies with being white, can run for President.

Barack HUSSIEN Obama, is an American. Born and raised in Hawaii, for the most part. He did not chose his parents or his name. He did chose his religion which is Christian. This is the ONLY flaw I can find against him. I mean given a choice WHY Christianity? A religion with more blood on its hands than any religion on the planet. But I suppose we can't blame sweet Jesus for that.

What if Obama was a Muslim? Where is it written that only white Christian males, can be President of the USA? America is in the shit hole right now with that inherent historical combination.

Dusty took the microphone at the suggestion that it is quite possible with over 11,000,000 Muslims living in the USA that a Muslim may put his/her hand up for the job of President some time in the future. "There will never be a Muslim President of the USA, not in my lifetime" he declared. He went on about no Muslims being President because the USA respects and protects its woman from abuse. Dusty needs to visit a rape center close by and start sprouting that bullshit. There have been more female Muslim heads of state than witnessed by any other religion.

Dusty's life is nearly over and coming up behind him are a bunch of more enlightened, less bigoted, less racist individuals than made up the population of the USA of his generation.
Did any of those big ole boys in Paris Texas think that those "Nigrers" they was a hangin, would one day be given basic human rights that would eventually lead to a contender for the Presidency, in their lifetime?

The saddest thing about watching all of this hateful, racist, bigoted rhetoric is that it represents Americans attacking Americans. Trying to downgrade, and devalue, anyone who is not white or Christian. The need for the USA to unite has never been stronger since WW2. They are under attack, and it is coming from within, yet day after day we hear the same nonsense.

So many like Dusty, and Moderate Conservative, are too racist or lily-livered to hear the truth when it is coming from a person who identifies with being American American.

There are very few black Americans with no mixed blood. For the most part people who identify with being African American are all shades of brown.

Barack Hussien Obama, is neither black or white, his a combination of the two. He is first and foremost an American, who loves his country enough to risk his life running for President. Does McCain really have a chance in this year's election seems to be a question even the die-hard republicans are having to ask themselves.

Putting aside McCain's age which some pundits have had a grand ole time with, let discuss some real hard facts that is harmful to the republican party in general.

Let's start with the war in Iraq, from a poll by Polling Report when the question "In general, how would you say things are going for the U.S. in Iraq: very well, moderately well, moderately badly or very badly?" was asked 59% said the war was going moderately badly or very badly opposed to the 39% that said the war was going very well or moderately well.

It's has gone beyond if we should be in Iraq to how's the war progressing and as polls are showing more Americans believe the war in Iraq is going badly. Add that to the majority of Americans don't even think we should still be in Iraq, McCain has a problem.

McCain has been quoted as saying we might be in Iraq for an hundred years; and although he might be right, has a lot of Americans in an uproar. McCain's attempts to distanced himself from Bush are hindered by McCain's own spoken word that he will keep us in Iraq and has no exit plan what-so-ever.

Yet, the war in Iraq isn't the pressing issues most Americans are worried about now, it's the economy and McCain's support of Bush tax cuts isn't sitting good with most Americans. With the cost of food hitting is highest increase in a month in 18 years, the cost of gas and insurance rates going unchecked, McCain has a problem.

With some Americans believing that Obama must follow at least some of Rev Wright's ideologues, you might say 'aha McCain going to get the vote', but not so quick McCain has been getting a pretty stress free ride so far but when the campaigning for general elections go into full swing Haggis's words will be associated with McCain. Remember McCain actively sought Hagee’s support and appeared on stage with him, McCain has a problem.

Now let's take a little walk down memory lane when the famous words "It's the economy, stupid" were spoken. Rattlers Paltalk is going through a kind of metamorphosis. It does this from time to time, it is kind of like watching a snake change its skin, only to remain a snake.

2 Way Street, has managed to hit rock bottom with its free flowing racial attacks and overt bigotry. But hey, is anyone surprised?

Mainstream Politics with Lord Voo has been trying to get some kind of identity since it came back onto the scene, following the implosion of a couple of rooms, and the breaking of several engagements. Leaving people like MrArchieBunker thoroughly pissed because he had already been to the Salvation Army and picked up a stunning dress from the racks for 'bigger girls.'

It seems that every time I venture into Mainstream Politics there is some new rule, in a room which is said to have no rules. The admins are so confused they dot each other, and Voo who is always lurking in the background jumps on the mic, and dots the admin who dotted the admin.
Very occasionally a chat gets going that people with more than a single digit IQ can participate. But no such luck today.

When I entered the room the line of hands was endless, and the topic was RACISM. I mean it is nearly impossible to keep that topic out of the USA Presidential election, which is THE ONLY topic discussed in the room at the best of times.

A speaker I had not heard before, call Nommo, posed a question. "What does the USA have to do to start fixing the problem of racism" I am paraphrasing here, and if Nommo reads this she may like to correct me, but I think it is close enough for this purpose.

It was mentioned that Australia had apologized to Aboriginal people, but according to WisdomX, this was merely tokenism. A pat on the head and permission to have our ceremonies and play the Didge in public, seemed to be his summation of the historical event. I put my hand up and waited in line for my turn to address both Nommo and WisdomX.

RG, was getting very very nervous with all this talk of race, as he often does. I do understand that discussions of this type make the admins in any room work very hard as all the racists sit on the edge of their seats trying to see how far they can go with the 'Nigger' and 'Abo' racial slurs before their arse is dotted.

Even Voo wanted to try and deflect the chat away from race and asked folk to get away from the topic. Could it be that we were going to talk about something other than the US Presidential election. Hells bells! I was all for that. I was granted special leave to briefly set WisdomX right concerning the apology from the Rudd Govt to the Aboriginal people of Australia.

The minute I started to speak the text went berserk with the usual bullshit "She's not Aboriginal" "She's white" I know you have all seen this crap before. I ignored the abuse, and made my point. However, I did notice some new nics in the room hurling abuse at me.

One person in particular called Mohoghany , something or other, a good nic for a wooden head if she had been able to spell Mahoghany. Anyway, Miss. Mohoghany was proud to tell the whole room that Voo had seen her 'naked'. As if that was something special for either of them. Oh my Miss. Mohoghany was telling the rest of the Voo Groupies to "back off bitch" this man is hers.

Now Miss. Mohoghany who does not know me from Adam, joined in the shit throwing contest at your AuntyKate. I asked her if she would add me to her list. Her reply was "I only like men" My goodness Rattlers this little lady thought AuntyKate was interested in her pussy! All I wanted to do was give her a bit of information to educate her dumb arse about what it is to be Aboriginal in Australia, and that shades of black or white are irrelevant. I do get tired of having to educate these idiots, but education IS the best defense against racism, so I try.

It became apparent from the room text that Voo had a number of 'buddies' in the room. Voo groupies and groupies of the groupies. Try hards like AbettyHRH, who is still smarting for the dot she got when I was an admin in the room and she thought waving her arms around 'screaming I am an attorney and a friend of Voo's" meant something to me, when she was disrupting the room. I have wondered if fat Betty doesn't have greater illusions of grandeur with the moniker AbettyHRH, or does that stand for Her Royal Hindarse? When I referred to fat Betty as having a FAT ARSE, she went off like a freaking fire cracker on the 4th of July. "You racist bitch, you think all black women have fat arses" HAHAHAHHAA....and I thought this kind of paranoia was the reserve of Jews, who call you anti-Semite if you tell them they have a wedgie.

Miss.Mohogany took the microphone and plum forgot where she was. She was 'threatening to cut out my juggler" Mercy me. She left Voo with no option but to dot her arse for that outburst.

This adds up to 655,000 US casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan, an average of just under 101,000 Americans killed or wounded every year since the wars began.

What fascinates me is the double standard of some of the other females in a room when this kind of exchange is going on.

Paltalkers like AmberL who don't say a word, when MC calls me and other women all the low sluts, and whores he can lend his limited vocabulary too. But when a woman stands up and fights back and slaps the shit out of him, the likes of AmberL start calling the women, myself in this instance, a 'potty mouth'.

In the main, Paltalk is not much more than a waste of time, made worthwhile by virtue of some very fine people I am happy to count among my on line mates. The list is considerable, but I have to give a special mention to Mr. Enigma, XN_Trick, Dennis the Menace, Zen Friendly, Buds, Tung Fu, Samir the Galiean, Oh Donna, NDP, and like I said the list is considerable and my friends know who they are.

This morning I got an IM from my mate Dennis the Menace who told me about OBAMA's decisive victory in North Carolina, and that the OBAMA supporters were having an understandable 'gloat' in Mainstream Politics. The room was at an all time record number of 147 bums on seats , with only a few obscure black nics at the bottom.

Cardinal Fang piped Obama's acceptance speech live into the room, and the crowd in the auditorium was going wild. Not since the Beatles hit the USA has a crowd erupted quite like this. A clear indicator that Obama has won over generation Y. The text in Mainstream was flying past at a speed that was making me dizzy and must have scared the crap out of anyone new to the Paltalk experience.

There was something very conspicuously absent, and that was the almost total lack of McCain supporters in the room. A few die hards like Outlastyou and others who are too bloody stupid to even bother with, were doing there best to kill the mood. But they didn't have a snowflake's chance in hell. This was a moment in history being shared by Obama supporters and friends and supporters of the OBAMA supporters from all over the world.

If Obama can maintain this kind of enthusiastic, and infectious support he MAY just get there. I will never be more pleased in my entire life to be proven wrong, when I have said I didn't think Obama was going to break through all the barricades that would prevent him from becoming the next President of the USA.

Listening to Obama's speech and realizing he had no script, no auto cues, his words were flowing, erudite, and undeniably heartfelt, gave me goosebumps from 17,000 k's away. It was truly inspirational and if anyone doubts this man's ability to lead the USA out of the black hole of despair achieved after 8 years of the Bush administration, just play that speech again. This is not a man who just talks the talk. He is appealing to the truly patriotic Americans who love their country and its people and asking for support to give him a chance to make the changes needed to start to turn things around. If he is bullshitting, then nominate for the BEST ACTOR Oscar for 2009. He will be a shoe in!

As Obama thanked the people of North Carolina for believing in him I could hear a song in my head, a well known Pete Seeger classic, Where have all the flowers gone. But I was singing:

Are Indiana and NC voters aware that Hillary has voted to allow the government to take our guns in case of a 'national emergency'?

July 13, 2006 Hillary voted against amendment 4615 to H.R. 5441:

Now I know there are some die hard Hillary fans, and that is cool, but I don't understand why you want her for president.

Most voters, no matter their party, say it's very important for the next president of the United States to be able to cross party lines, and even though Obama has a proven voting record that he can, will, and does cross party lines when it is in the best interest of the country you still have people wanting Hillary.

Although Hillary does have more bills on say, health care she has not one single supporter, unlike Obama's bill on health coverage.

Although Hillary has already promised 100% of the tax she says she will impose on oil corps to the research and development of alternative fuel sources, she has promised in the last month or so that exact same tax on the oil corps (if she is elected, if she can get it passed, etc...) to cover the cost of highway repairs.

Why would she do this, you ask? Well see, she has jumped on the temp halting of the summer gas tax band-wagon and as we all should know the gas tax is to go for the cost of highway repairs and if the gas taxes are halted for a while, well those highway repairs will need to be paid for somehow. Of course Hillary hasn't shared with us her plan for the 300,000 jobs that would be lost if in fact the summer gas tax is halted and all for a whopping savings to the average American of $25 for the entire summer.

Hillary supporters seem to either forget or not know that Hillary Rodenhurst Clinton used her position on the Senate Armed Services Committee to push legislation that outsourced thousands of U.S. jobs in the telecommunications industry to India, the Philippines, and China in 2006. She did this by helping to relax requirements that aided the investments of General Electric Company and former CEO Jack Welch.

So again, I really would love to know reasons for voting for Hillary besides "she is a female and so am I," or "it will get Bill back into the White House." Can anyone give me three reasons?

The disgraceful display of indecent behaviour in SLINK's room today, done with his full knowledge and support, when Alfie spoke in graphic detail about the sexual abuse of small children crossed the line of anything that is tolerated around decent people.

Many people who come to Paltalk have been victims of sexual abuse, and trivializing this horrific crime for Palsport is beyond the pale.

2Way Street has a rule NO RACIAL SLURS posted in the banner. Alfie paused frequently in his graphic descriptions today to say "these are your people". Neither the victims or the perpetrators of the crimes he detailed are related to me in anyway. The only connection between myself and the victims and perpetrators is that we are Aboriginal people. When Alfie kept repeating "these are your people" his is implying that ALL Aboriginal men are child abusers, including I presume those in my family. This is racial stereotyping at its very worst.

Is anyone saying to the people of Austria,"these are your people" when talking about the house of horrors recently discovered where a man held his daughter captive for 24 years and fathered 7 children with her? Of course not. Intelligent people don't attack a whole race of people for the crimes of a few.

Did anyone from the Aboriginal communities point fingers at the whitefellas when about 10 children were brutally abused in a variety of ways, resulting in death, at the end of last year. Did we come into Paltalk or anywhere else saying "these are your people". Of course not. Child abuse is a heart wrenching crime no matter where and when it happens, and only the lowest of the low, would even think to use it as a weapon to say to Aboriginal people "this is what you are, these are your people." It is blatantly racist.

Yet SLINK allowed this vile attack on Aboriginal people today, using the tragedy of the sexual abuse of Aboriginal children as a weapon. But racial slurs are not allowed?

These people spend so much time in the online anonymity of Paltalk, they have lost all sense of decent behaviour. That is if they ever had any.

Well it seems that 2WayShitStreet has hit an all time Paltalk low in what they will allow people at the mic to say, all in the name of attacking someone they can't take on in a debate.

ALFIE_00, still sore about his defeat by Highfartootin in the DUMBEST chatter stakes, went for broke today to take the title as the MOST CRETINOUS MONGREL TO DRAW BREATH award. He even had seasoned old paltalkers like OLD TEXAS DOG protesting. Alfie sounded like he was 'boning' up reading the graphic detail of the sexual abuse of young Aboriginal children. His voice quavered with excitement talking about the rape of a baby girl. Which I do not deny has happened, but refuse to trivialize this tragedy in a chat room in response to vile racist pigs like Alfie and Highfartootin. There is NO doubt that Alfie's cheer squad, Uncle Bob, has his penis well and truly in hand, as Alfie's lascivious tone talked of anal penetration of tender flesh.

Now the strangeness here is that Alfie persistently accuses me of being a FAKE Aboriginal, a WHITE WITCH, he has been calling me until I pointed out that was a compliment as 'white witches' are seen as a positive energy force.
