Does this really surprise anyone at this moment?
I read an article years ago in 1992,where Cheney told the U.S. Press Club that it would be a bad idea to topple the Hussein Govt.
He also stated the same thing in 1998, while he was negotiating contracts for Halliburton with Iraqi Companies.
Halliburton was receiving money from the oil for food program. I find it strange the company is not being investigated for it.
