This just heard on mic in Daydream:

VIC_FERRARI_FOREVER: "...that's why Newt had the Contract ON America..."

I nearly spewed soda out of my nose when I heard that, and you all know how much that hurts. Vic was rushing a bit, trying to get all of his spin out in the time allowed, and then we get this telling Freudian Slip: Newt and his Contract ON America. You're damn right it was. And wasn't one of those items in the contract term limits? What happened to those, Vic? Hahahahahahaha.
