HILLARY CLINTON IS THE BEST ASSET THE REPUBLICAN PARTY HAS

Like many people watching the USA Presidential election I have been appalled at the way the Clintons have run their campaign. And let's be clear here, the Clintons have two candidates on the campaign trial. It would be just as important to Bill Clinton for his wife, Hillary, to become President as it would be for her. Bill would probably see Hillary's win as a vindication from the American people for lying about not having sex with that woman he had sex with. Or there may be an even more sinister reason for him to have another stab at the White House.

Recently I was sent a couple of links:

http://www.wsws.org/articles/2005/jul2005/dlc-j28.shtml

http://www.nndb.com/group/269/000093987/

The information in these links, if correct, starts to make some sense to me as to why Hillary Clinton was appearing to be more 'right wing' in this campaign than I believed a Democratic Party candidate ought to be. In fact both Hillary and Bill are on record as saying that Hillary and John McCain are the only candidates qualified to be the Commander in Chief. Hillary and Bill have both been reckless and destructive to the Democratic Party as a whole and have projected an image of "if we don't win, we'll take the party down with us." They are showing NO party loyalty at all, and there may be a reason for that.

"The Democratic Leadership Council b
elieves that "left-wing" positions are not politically viable. Describes itself as "moderate and pro-growth". Probably responsible for erosion of the Democratic Party's historical labor and minority base due to support of treaties like NAFTA, lack of support for affirmative action and poverty programs, and their siphoning away of campaign funds from minority groups."

Hillary Clinton is a member of the Democratic Leadership Council, the group that urges Democrats to take less progressive political positions. She has proposed legislation to criminalize flag-burning, and co-authored a bill to protect America's youth from the alleged dangers of violent video games. She supported the 2003 invasion of Iraq, has opposed any timetable for ending the occupation, and has maintained that torture is sometimes appropriate -- though she changed her mind on that, shortly after announcing her candidacy for the Presidency on 20 January 2007.

Would any Hillary's supporters, perhaps Saint Casey of NY, care to elaborate on this?

PS. To all the anonymous whiners who complained about the LARGER font, I have been thanked by the visually impaired bloggers, who appreciate the consideration of bold larger print. So I shall continue to cater to their expressed needs and you lot can kiss my proverbial.

Kate to use your often expressed truism. You are trying to teach pigs to sing.

Well Katie, as the saying goes, "the larger the font, the larger the ass"

Tell that to the visually impaired you imbecile. I suspect you are a Republican to keep coming back to my blog with nothing but the snide remarks we see from you cowards in chat rooms. I also suspect that you are one of those Americans who don't support a universal health care program because you are not paying for those lazy "Lib-bellies' who won't work. How did I do? Was my psychic antenna receptive enough to nail you?
