NEW LAYOUT

Hi guys, I got tired of the white text on black, and I have heard it is somewhat tough on the eyes, so I switched to a new template. Let me know in comments what you think. It's also very easy to add new page elements to the sidebar, so let me know if there's anything you'd like to see there.
