TALK ABOUT A COLD FISH

So, we're going over in sharp detail the myriad ways that Bush failed this nation in his response to Katrina. Bush had a responsibility to appoint competent personnel, monitor their performance, and he bears ultimate responsibility if the federal government fails (as he himself has said). In addition, Voo was kind enough to provide us with the specific language from Homeland Security that charges FEMA with specific and primary responsibility to coordinate relief efforts. They failed because Bush didn't do his job. Now, check out how MosesKnows tries to deflect blame with a Strawman:
