S_LINK'S UNREQUITED REVENGE!

Hope you good readers don’t mind, but I took the opportunity to provide a couple candid shots of S_Link here. The first one is one of his tri-weekly appointments with his.. umm.. “doctor”. He has an awful lot of issues. Sigh! We all knew S_Link was a mechanic, but I don’t think we were aware it caused psychosis. Shrugs…

The second is just a real nice head shot, perhaps the most attractive we have of S_Link. Cute ain’t he? No wonder his cyber choice of female companion is limited to Virginia. (chuckling)

The following is a copy and paste of S_Linky’s rantings about me. He raved about others as well, but they can easily defend themselves against his weak charges, just as I’m about to do herein. S_Link's words follow verbatim:

It’s become very apparent S_Link, and the ownership and management of 2 Way Street (herein after called 2Way) are truly concerned that for the past two weeks, “Banned from 2 Way, an alternative rm” (herein after called Banned) has outperformed them in the sheer numbers of visitors and participants, and vastly outstripped them in content. However, they place the blame at the feet of the wrong people. Even now, “Banned” is open only part time, with a very limited pool of admin, and yet with the extremely rare exception when it’s open for business, the result has been the same. It's been a much better attended room, with a higher level of content, debate and discussion, in civilized manner, with freedom and equity as its guide. Consider the following:

1) “Banned” has a No Ban/No Bounce/Free Speech philosophy. It allows everyone equal access to the room, to the text and to the microphone. The only lever used is a red dot, and only then if there is a TOS violation, typically something to do with racial slurs or threats or advocating violence against person(s) or groups. 2Way has historically had a long list of banned people, and bounces participants frequently. It’s our understanding 2Way recently “unbanned” a number of people in order to raise their attendance from the small numbers they’ve had since “Banned” opened. Still 2Way cannot keep pace. People "remember" things like the treatment they've received.

2) “Banned” has committed itself to the Free Speech/Freedom of Expression concept. It attempts with all its might to provide a civilized and free forum for all of its visitors, not just the chosen few friends of the management. It provides “equal” opportunity to all who cross its threshold. For the past two weeks since we opened, people from the politics and social issues community online have embraced it as quickly as any room I’ve ever seen. The “reason” they’ve embraced it, is precisely because of its underpinnings as closely mirroring the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence as is possible in a Paltalk room.

3) 2 Way, in contrast, treats its visitors as suspect human beings, limiting what “should” be their right to opinions, ideas and words on “both” sides of the political spectrum, but often times, aimed at specific political, religious, or social thought that doesn’t exactly match those of the admin and ownership. It’s frequent that people are dotted, bounced and banned for simply being someone the ownership or admin don’t like. Do people in “Banned” attack ideas and thought? Of course they do, from both sides of the political spectrum. But NEVER are the opinions of people censured or otherwise disallowed. THAT IS THE REASON "2Way” is failing, and “Banned” is prospering in its place. The difference is obvious. “2Way” stands for fascism and dictatorship, while “Banned” champions freedom and individual rights.

4) While S_Link’s and Virginia’s blog, along with the other fascist Hitler youth who call it home, refuse to allow rebuttal or response to anything they write by disallowing comments on their blog, all three of the original formulators of “Banned” have blogs which allow, no, INVITE, comment and alternative positions. The fact is, those associated MOST with "2Way", virtually all of the major contributors to S_Link/Virginia’s blog, have commented in the “rattler” many times, tastelessly and disingenously, but they have responded nonetheless. No such right is provided those who visit their blog. What does this tell you about them? What does it tell you about us? Make your own judgements, as is your right, just as you SHOULD possess the right to your opinions and response.

Have I worked hard to inform the people in the politics and social section of Paltalk of the diffences in the rooms? Of course I have, and I add people to my list, both friends and political opponents with frequency. In fact, I try to add anyone new I see who enters “Banned” when I can. Do I do what I can to enlighten those people to the fundamental attributes of “Banned”? You bet your life I do, whenever my duties of Admin allow. Do I add new friends and acquaintences to my list when I believe they will enjoy the freedoms of the rooms? Absolutely, and without question! Do I go to 2Way to do that? I don’t have to. People are hearing the word of mouth from their friends about the “experiment in freedom” that “Banned" provides to everyone who enters its doors and they are coming back whenever they can.

In fact, here’s a tale of the difference between the rooms. Even though a lot of my time on Paltalk has recently been invested in “Banned”, I continued to participate in 2Way’s room, often in text, and frequently on mic, discussing the topics of the room, and offering my thoughts. A couple of nights ago, after working in “Banned” for a period of time, I thought I’d take a break and visit “2Way” to see what issues were being discussed there, to relax without the need to perform admin duties for a while. Within 15 seconds of entering the room, I was “bounced” by one of their fascist admin. It’s not important who did it, and it’s obvious their paranoia got the best of them. That sort of fear comes from the top down. I’ve talked with both their admin and some of the chat room visitors who were there at the time, and have been told (and surmised) 2Way fears the success of “Banned". Yesterday I discovered I’ve been banned. I guess now I truly fit the profile of “Banned” as so many people before me do. Two of the three titular founders of “Banned” are now banned from 2Way, and yet we continue to invite all who wish to visit our room without fear of bounce or ban. To be honest, we’re surprised the final member of the three has yet to be banned. The threat to 2Way is NOT "Banned". The threat to them is themselves. Their enemy is from within their own ownership and management. Their distorted view that repressive limits and censure can ever lead to sustained success is just plain wrong. Even if “Banned” were to close its days tomorrow (NOT GONNA HAPPEN), it would be replaced by those who have gotten a taste for the free expression they’ve enjoyed in the room.

I came online this morning about 7 hours ago. 2Way was open and had about 50 visitors. I opened Banned and within half an hour, had passed 2Way (whose numbers dropped precipitously) and the attendance has been the same since. This has been the case all day long, and for MOST of the time Banned has been open in the past couple of weeks. We know the numbers well, because they truly stunned us. We thought at least 2Way might have built some sort of loyal base, but that did not happen. That’s caused by 2Way’s lack of loyalty to the very precepts that people in this country and others honor the most, the very ones 2Way considers beneath them. To us, those are more important than the petty rantings of a lying fascist such as S_Link, more important to the people who we serve, and of more importance than any individual interests, including our own ownership and management.

Let’s try honesty for a change S_Link. You are badly wounded by the fact people now know just what kind of person you are. JC’s entries and my own, including the one I put in this blog entitled, “S_LINK REDUNDANT, PERVERT OF DEATH”, have documented your words about your hatred for not only the opposition combatants, but for the very soldiers and marines who are the sons and daughters of America. Your cavalier “humor” and gleeful laughter at our soldiers being killed and dismembered speaks volumes about why protest so obscenely on your blog. That too is your own fault S_Link. They weren’t our words, or attitudes, they are YOURS!

So S_Link, no matter the filthy words and accusations, you’re pointing your cap gun at the wrong people. Point it instead at yourself, and take a look in a mirror if you want to see why you’ve already lost.
