After 5,477,671 consecutive statements enclosed by parentheses, Hof has fallen short of the world record, by a mere 17 statements, held by 13 year old chatter bloodninja, of Skokie, Illinois. That's gotta hurt. Maybe Hof can beat out the Jet Propulsion Laboratory by submitting his brain in the category, "Lightest solid."

Actually, the international monetary help received was quite lower than expected at first. Seems most of the countries are all talk and no action.
