Virginia_1776, on the subject of Bush's failure to manage the Katrina disaster response by giving oversight and orders to FEMA and DHS:

"Well, there's separation of powers..."

Are you shitting me? I spewed soda out of my nose when I heard this. Uh, Virg, separation of powers is the Constitutional separation of the federal government into Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. That has nothing to do with federal agencies. What, is Bush enjoined from speaking to the Attorney General? Does Bush have to fill out a form to talk to the Secretary of Education? I mean, seriously, where do they come up with this stuff?
