Ronnie Earle turned the tables on Republican snake Tom Delay today, successfully challenging the Republican judge who was to choose the new presiding judge in Delay's money laundering trial.
This is really simple. Let's say you play basketball for the New York Knicks. So, you're much taller, you're murder in the paint, but your jump shot needs work. Go with me on this, ok? Tonight's game is in Chicago against the 1990s Bulls. I don't know why, maybe you have a time machine...you ask too many questions. Anyway, the Bulls get the ref tossed because he used to have season's tickets to MSG. Then the Bulls say, "Hey, I know, let's have Michael Jordan pick the new ref." Michael Jordan? Choosing the new ref? Bull fucking shit. I'd sooner wear his cologne.
That's the play Delay was hoping for. Toss the judge you don't like and get a Republican hack to pick a new one. George Bush couldn't hope for a more biased trial if Harriet Miers was presiding. Nice try, Tommy Boy. You're gonna get a fair and impartial trial before we hang you.

Its funny that youre pretty sure the prosecuting attorney has plenty of proof. Just shows how little you know about it. The prosecutor has not shown any proof.... at all! DeLay will likely be aquitted. If they convict DeLay, they will have to convict 3/4's of all politicians in Washington!
