Bush should be tried for murder

Vincent Bugliosi, the American attorney best known for prosecuting Charlie Manson, is releasing a new book this week, titled The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder, in which he argues that, well, the title kinda gives it away.

The Huffington Post had an exclusive look at the book before being released.

" If Bush, in fact, intentionally misled this nation into war, what is the proper punishment for him? Since many Americans routinely want criminal defendants to be executed for murdering only one person, if we weren’t speaking of the president of the United States as the defendant here, to discuss anything less than the death penalty for someone responsible for over 100,000 deaths would on its face seem ludicrous.** But we are dealing with the president of the United States here.

On the other hand, the intensity of rage against Bush in America has been such (it never came remotely this close with Clinton because, at bottom, there was nothing of any real substance to have any serious rage against him for) that if I heard it once I heard it ten times that “someone should put a bullet in his head.”

That, fortunately, is just loose talk, and even more fortunately not the way we do things in America. In any event, if an American jury were to find Bush guilty of first degree murder, it would be up to them to decide what the appropriate punishment should be, one of their options being the imposition of the death penalty. "

For someone who intentionally led the lies to the American people (and the world) over 935 times for an illegal invasion in a foreign sovereign country linked to raising WORLD OIL prices.... What is the appropriate sentence for a crime of this magnitude.

He has now caused more deaths than Saddam has ever caused.

He has now caused more homelessness than all the natural disasters combined.

He has lied more times than Clinton ever did and has specifically stated. "I don't testify... ever" (Indicating he thinks he is above the law.)

He has now caused more US resentment around the globe than any other President.

What should be the outcome of the murder trial of George W Bush?

Vincent Bugliosi received his law degree in 1964. In his career at the L.A. County District Attorney's office, he successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions without a single loss. His most famous trial, the Charles Manson case, became the basis of his classic, Helter Skelter, the biggest selling true-crime book in publishing history. His forthcoming book, The Prosecution of George W. Bush For Murder, is available May 27.

Bestselling author Vincent Bugliosi has written the most important and thought-provoking book of his prolific career. In a meticulously researched and clearly presented legal case that puts George W. Bush on trial for murder after he leaves his presidency, Bugliosi delivers a searing indictment of the President and his administration.

With what he believes is overwhelming evidence that President Bush took the nation to an internationally illegal invasion in Iraq under false pretenses--an invasion that has caused great loss of life, cost this nation close to $1 trillion, and alienated most of our allies in the Western world-- Bugliosi argues that it is George W. Bush who must be held accountable for what Bugliosi considers to be monumental crimes.

In this groundbreaking book, Bugliosi, in his inimitable style, presents a powerful case against the man in the oval office.

- It must really suck to be a TommyJohnson these days!

Neph, before sending Dubya to court, i would like him to be properly interrogated according to rules reserved to detainees at Guantanamo Bay as set by his own administration
A minimum of 5 years of playful questioning, involving loud music (like Barry Manilow greatest hits) , 18 hours a day chained and forced to stand up with a garbage bag over his head, no more than 2 hours sleep in every 72 hours cycle, regular run of the mills beating by beefy Marines, wild dogs and snakes set free into his cage, spitting in his bowl of porridge, being pissed upon by female guards ,used as an experimentation specimen by the CIA to test latest mind bending drugs and all other goodies enjoyed by past guests .

Some may say "but wait mate, this is a bit harsh...",i would argue it is not really torture.
In America they don't torture people, none of the above is defined as torture by the current administration.
None of the above seems to bother the collective consciousness of the American people either.
If it did these kind of stories would be splattered over the news everyday.

Since its a Guantanamo style trial the ex president must be find guilty of something, anything.
A copy of Bugliosi's book should be sent to the presiding judge

Neph I know how selective you are about what comments get to stay and make you look like a fool so this is my last comment. You can go ahead and remove it if you wish, but remember this; when the Ratttler's readership goes back down to 0, don't blame me. And believe me, it will go back down to zero. Just check the archives

Only bonehead comments are removed.

Same like Bonehead leaders.

They have no place in our society and are to be removed immediately.

I don't mind general comments, but I do mind BONEHEAD comments.

I know its hard for you to distinguish..... Just check the archives.

Neph: If it were me, I'd let the bone heads like TommyJohnson and others speak, we need continual reminders of HOW America got into the mess it is in, and the misery that has been inflicted on the Iraqi and Afghani people.

There are just TOO many TommyJohnsons out there and we have until November to see if enough Americans really do want the CHANGE that is needed.

I am with you Neph... don't let bullies abuse you. It's how we teach others to be better, by not letting them harm us..... you are not weak, nor a coward... but a thinking, feeling, whole being. If others choose to sink into depression via machoism.. their choice, doesn't have to be yours. You work hard to write and make films here.

Im jamming to some "leave the memories alone" by Fuel so pardon me if i get a little carried away.
Nephi only in your wildest wettest liberal dreams will George W. Bush ever be tried for war crimes are anything else. You poor sad ass worthless libturdsl have been trying without sucess since 2000 to bring down George W Bush. So far you have managed to get Scooter Libby!!! Hey lets face the facts you got your ass beat twice and you cant accept that fact. Blame the swift boat vets, Diebold, Katherine Harris, Jeb Bush etc etc but NEVER think you worthless immoral God mocking secular socialist liberal agenda had anything to do with your being defeated time after time after time!!!! We don't want communism, socialism or liberalism in the USA!!!!!
Slink you are right about the libturds talking about our rights being taken away. The vast majority of them are to stupid or ignorant of history to realize that Democratic presidents during war times have done things George W Bush would never think about doing. FDR imprisoned 120,000 innocent Americans and Woodrow Wilson got laws passed that would have most of these paltalk libturds in the slammer if he were president right now. OH and speaking of free speech the little libturd brownshirt nazi hats in Voos room are a cute bunch. You start pounding facts into their simple little minds and the cowardly little brown shirt red hats either dot you or put your hand down when you raise it. That gets my rocks off because I know Im getting to them and they cant take it!!!!!!!
"You will never change" is repeated over and over in this song. Reminds me a lot of todays libturds. They will never change. They will always hate the military, hate the government, expect to be taken care of from cradle to grave, always blame others for their short comings, always want others to pay their way, always think appeasment is the best policy, always think when they lose someone cheated, always want UN approval, always fear Christians, always put their faith in man, you get the picture.
