We need some kind of classification and measurement system for PalTalk chatters. Then we can rate other chatters based on a common rubric. I think it's fair to say that based on his ubiquitousness and quality, Karl d-Az should be established as our unit of measure. Therefore, the Karl (K) will be the point where the ratio of entertainment to time is 1/1.

Now, we can establish levels for other chatters. Buttlogic is about 1/1000 the value of a K, so Buttlogic is rated at 1 millikarl. On the other end of the scale, I think that isaiah_1 is more entertaining than Karl, and takes much less time, so isaiah is 1 kilokarl.

I imagine opinions differ a great deal on Vic Ferrari. While some might be tempted to move past milli- into micro-, nano-, or picokarls, it turns out that the smallest increment is actually the yoctokarl, which is equivalent to 10^-24 Karls. I think it's fair to say that Vic is at least 3 yoctokarls, possibly even 4. He might be able to break into the microkarls, but only if he were being sodomized by a yak on cam.
