WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON DOWN THERE?

I truly fear for the children of Australia. What in the hell is wrong with the schools down under that it produces someone like High Falutin? Is there flouride in the drinking water? Did High get into some lead paint chips when she was knee high to a didgeridoo? How else to explain this statement:
